Indian regulations require that life and health insurance be sold by a licensed human advisor. We agree. So we built a system where AI does everything except the regulated advice — leaving the human free to actually listen, understand, and recommend.

A POSP-certified human advisor is at the centre — the only person in India legally allowed to recommend life or health cover. Six AI assistants surround them, handling everything the human shouldn't have to.

Each assistant operates inside guardrails. None of them is empowered to recommend a policy or submit a sale — that authority sits only with the licensed advisor.

The advisor's job becomes the part the regulator cares about — and the part customers actually value: listening, understanding, and recommending with care.

Everything else — qualifying needs, preparing comparisons, filing paperwork, checking compliance, sending reminders — moves to the AI layer. That's how one advisor can serve 100× the customers with more attention, not less.

The compliance watchdog has veto power. If the recommendation doesn't match the customer profile under IRDAI suitability rules, the submission is blocked — even if the advisor approved it. The human is the final say on care; the system is the final say on rules.

What it feels like — step by step.

  1. 01 · First contact. You sign up, request a callback, or our voice assistant — speaking your preferred Indian language — reaches out, only after consent and DNC-clearance. The assistant understands your basic situation in five minutes.
  2. 02 · The right match. Based on what you've shared, we route you to a POSP advisor who specialises in your needs, speaks your language, and isn't already overloaded.
  3. 03 · Real advice from a real person. The advisor walks you through options. Behind the scenes, AI prepares comparisons in real-time, flags compliance issues, and auto-fills the paperwork.
  4. 04 · Easy onboarding. PAN and Aadhaar verification via Digilocker — no scanning, no couriers. Medical questions handled with care, with the AI assistant available for follow-up.
  5. 05 · Lifetime support. The day after your policy is issued, your WhatsApp assistant is active. Premium reminders, policy questions, claim help, annual reviews — for as long as you hold the policy.

What we can't do yet.

We will not pretend we are further along than we are. Pre-launch means pre-launch.

  • We are not yet licensed. We plan to apply for the IRDAI Direct Broker License. Until it is granted, nothing on this site is an insurance solicitation. We cannot sell, place, or distribute policies today.
  • Insurer integrations are not signed. We are in discussion with multiple insurers. None have been signed. The Bima Sugam framework will enable integration, but the agreements are still ahead of us.
  • The advisor cohort is still onboarding. We are recruiting our first POSP-certified advisors. The compliance officer role is in active hiring.
  • Voice AI is in pilot, not production. Voice AI for Indic languages is in pilot testing and not yet handling real customer calls.
  • When the license is approved, we'll open early access to our waitlist first. Until then, we're sharing what we're building so you can decide whether to be part of it from day one.
